The 555 Competition Terms & Conditions

1. The Promoter

The promoter is SFM (Sittingbourne Community Radio Limited - 06750023), having its registered office or studio at The SFM Studios, 2nd Floor, Swale House, East Street, Sittingbourne, Kent, ME10 3HT 

2. Eligibility

The competition is open to UK residents aged 18 or over, residing within the UK, except employees of the Promoter, their immediate families, agents, or anyone professionally connected with the administration of the draw.

Automated entries will be disqualified.

3. Entry Period

The competition opens at Monday 19th October 2026 and closes when all artists have been identified. 

Any entries received after the Closing Date will not be counted.

4. How to Enter

Entry is free. Standard network charges may apply if entering via SMS/call.

The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries lost, damaged, corrupted, delayed, or incomplete due to technical faults or network failures.

5. The Prize

The Prize is non-transferable, non-negotiable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or an alternative prize.

In the event of unforeseen circumstances outside of the Promoter’s control, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with an alternative of equal or greater value.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

The winner will be chosen at random from all valid, eligible entries within 24 hours  of the Closing Date.

The winner will be the eligible entrant who correctly identifies an artist.

The winner will be notified via phone call within 14 days of selection.

If a winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within 14 days of initial notification, or is found to be ineligible, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select a replacement winner.

7. Prize Collection and Delivery

The prize will either be posted via Royal Mail/courier to a verified UK postal address.

8. Data Protection and Publicity

Any personal data provided during the course of this promotion will be used solely for administering the competition and delivering the prize, in accordance with UK Data Protection legislation (UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018).

Personal data will not be passed to third parties without prior consent.

The winner may be asked to participate in reasonable post-competition publicity, but participation is voluntary.

9. General & Limitation of Liability

The Promoter reserves the right to suspend, cancel, or amend the competition where it becomes necessary to do so due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

Insofar as permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents, or distributors will not be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury, or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize, except where caused by the negligence of the Promoter.

10. Third-Party Disclaimer

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Amazon, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), or any other third-party platform. You are providing your information to the Promoter and not to Amazon or any social network.

11. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and entrants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
