Talking Goals provide free weekly footballing sessions with the focus on giving local men a safe space to talk about any mental health issues. Each session consists of a football drill, a short sided match and a talking check in session. It doesn’t matter if your footballing days are long behind you, they cater for all men above the age of 18.
