This Diversity House project supports expectant mothers and new mums with babies up to two years old. The sessions provide a safe, welcoming space where mums can share experiences openly, build supportive friendships, learn practical wellbeing strategies and receive guidance from guest professionals such as health visitors, nurses and wellbeing coaches.
